Erdogan urges people to take to the streets against the army


Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called on Turkish citizens who oppose the military protesting Anakarsë roads and Istanbul.

He has urged citizens to come out and protest in order not to take military control of the state.

He in a telephone connection to ET said that the state is still in control.

"There is no greater power than the power of the people," said Erdogan.

Turkish President confirmed that he is in Istanbul and will soon be out on the street and the people.
